摘　　要：高水平高职院校建设是国家对职业教育确立的全新发展目标,旨在提高高职教育质量和水平。高水平高职院校建设的主要问题存在于管理水平、教学改革、“双师”队伍及社会服务之中。高水平高职院校建设的对策是:以示范引领为契机,提高管理水平;以专业群建设为龙头,推进产教融合;以“双师”结构团队为重点,打造创新团队;以就业创业教育为抓手,提高学生能力;以科技创新为突破口,提升服务能力;以校园文化建设为载体,提升文化软实力。The construction of high-level vocational colleges is a new development goal of vocational education, which aims to improve the quality and level of higher vocational education. The main problems in the construction of high-level vocational colleges lie in the management level, teaching reform“, double professional”team and social service. The countermeasures for the construction of high- level vocational colleges includes taking demonstration and leading as an opportunity to improve the management level;promoting the integration of industry and education with professional construction as the leading role;focusing on the“double division”structure team to create an innovation team;taking entrepreneurship education as a starting point to improve students' ability;taking the science and technology innovation as the breakthrough point to promotes the service ability;taking the campus culture construction as the carrier to promote the cultural soft strength.
