摘 要:教师学术水平是衡量学校办学指标中最重要的指标之一,规范的高职教师的学术评价制度对其任聘与晋升、学术自由与自治、学术品质与道德、提升教学质量具有重要的指导作用。现行高职教师学术评价制度在观念动机、内容、主客体关系、方式手段等方面出现了不同形式的缺位。针对这些问题,实现学术自治与学术自由、建立理性的评价制度观念、变革评价主体之间的关系、改善评价手段和评价方式等做法可以完善高职教师学术评价制度,使其在改革形势下重生。Teachers' academic level is one of the most important indicators to measure the school running indicators. Normalized academic evaluation system of higher vocational teachers plays an important role in guiding their appointment and promotion, academic freedom and autonomy, academic quality and morality, and improving teaching quality. There are different forms of vacancies in concept, motivation, content, subject-object relationship, ways and means in the current academic evaluation system of higher vocational teachers. In view of these problems, the realization of academic autonomy and academic freedom, the establishment of rational evaluation system concepts, the transformation of the relationship between evaluation subjects, the improvement of evaluation methods and evaluation methods can improve the academic evaluation system of higher vocational teachers and make it reborn under the situation of reform.
