摘　　要：目的探讨改良体位加导丝引导置管法在ICU 人工气道患者留置胃管中的应用效果。方法选取2017 年1 月—2018 年9 月的68 例ICU 人工气道患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签方法分为两组,对照组给予常规胃管留置法,观察组给予改良体位加导丝引导置管法,各34 例,且对两组患者的一次性置管成功率、收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度进行观察及评估。结果观察组一次性置管成功率高于对照组,P < 0.05。观察组置管前后的生命体征,无改变(P > 0.05);对照组置管前后的生命体征,发生改变(P < 0.05)。结论改良体位加导丝引导置管法应用于ICU 人工气道患者留置胃管中具有较高的临床价值,有利于提高一次性置管成功率及保证生命体征的平稳。Objective To investigate the effect of improved position plus guidewire catheterization in the indwelling gastric tube of ICU artificial airway patients. Methods From January 2017 to September 2018, 68 cases of ICU artificial airway patients were selected as study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to random sampling method. The control group was given conventional gastric tube indwelling method, and the observation group was given improved position. The guidewire method was used to guide the tube, 34 cases in each case, and the one-time tube placement success rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were observed and evaluated. Results The success rate of one-time tube placement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. There were no significant changes in vital signs before and after catheterization in the observation group (P > 0.05). The vital signs before and after catheterization in the control group changed significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion The improved position plus guide wire catheterization method has high clinical value in the indwelling gastric tube of ICU artificial airway patients, which is beneficial to improve the success rate of disposable tube placement and ensure the stability of vital signs.
