摘　　要：随着医学模式的转变,医患之间的良好沟通变得越来越重要。语言是人与人在沟通交流过程中主要的载体,这就要求医务人员需要掌握一定的语言艺术技巧,才能与患者进行有效的沟通,使患者以最佳的身心状态来接受治疗和护理,从而达到医疗目标的实现,营造和谐医患关系。笔者通过分析目前女性医务人员在医患沟通语言沟通方面存在的问题,提出针对性沟通、重视无声语言交流、加强培训等提高其医患沟通语言艺术技巧策略。With the change of medical pattern,communications between doctors and patients become more and more important. Language is the main carrier in communicates,medical staffs need to master some language art skills to communicate with patients effectively,so patients can accept the treatment and nursing with the best statue to realize the medical aim and create harmonious relationships between doctors and patients. By means of analyzing the problems in language communications between doctors and patients,propound some strategies to improve language art skills in doctor-patient communications,including individuality communications,paying attention to soundless communications and strengthening training.
