摘 要:目的:了解广西高职新生总体心理健康状况,提升高职心理健康教育工作的精准性。方法:运用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对广西某高职院校两届新生进行测试和分析。结论:(1)与高职学生常模相比,广西高职新生的总体心理健康水平较高;(2)广西地区高职新生的心理健康水平在性别、生源地、专业、民族和升学方式之间均存在显著差异。建议:建立心理档案,实现数据共享;加强体制机制建设,发挥联动效应;重视差异,定制个性化育人方案。Objective: to understand the general mental health status of higher vocational college freshmen in Guangxi and improve the accuracy of mental health education in higher vocational colleges. Methods: the symptom self-assessment scale (SCL-90) was used to test and analyze the freshmen of a vocational college in guangxi. Conclusions:(1) compared with the norm of higher vocational college students, Guangxi higher vocational college freshmen's overall mental health level is higher;(2) there are significant differences in the mental health level of vocational freshmen in Guangxi among gender, origin, specialty, nationality and mode of higher education. Suggestions: establishing psychological archives to realize data sharing;strengthening the building of institutions and mechanisms to exert linkage effects;attaching importance to the personality differences and customizing individual educational programs.
