摘  要:为实现湿式双离合器自动变速器(dual-clutch transmission,DCT)中离合器接合位置的快速、准确控制,文章在分析离合器位置控制系统组成及工作原理的基础上,建立其数学模型;针对该系统的非线性强、负载扰动大、参数时变等特点,设计离合器位置控制系统的自适应滑模控制器,并进行李雅普诺夫意义下的稳定性分析;在Matlab中搭建离合器位置自适应滑模控制系统仿真模型,并与边界层滑模控制仿真效果进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,采用自适应滑模算法的离合器位置控制系统具有更好的收敛速度、鲁棒性能和控制精度。In order to realize rapid and accurate engagement position control on a wet dual-clutch transmission(DCT) clutch,the mathematical model of clutch position control system is established based on the analysis of its components and working principle. Considering the features of the system such as strong nonlinearity,large load disturbance and time-varying parameters,the adaptive sliding mode controller of the clutch position control system is designed,and its stability in the sense of Lyapunov is analyzed. Finally,a simulation model is built in Matlab. Furthermore,a simulation example with boundary sliding mode control is presented. The comparative studies are given to verify that the proposed control algorithm has better convergence speed,robust performance and control precision for the clutch position control system.
