上颌正中埋伏多生牙治疗时机的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌正中埋伏多生牙的最优治疗时机。方法将33例患者按年龄分为三组,比较各组患者手术时间、术后肿胀、疼痛的发生情况。结果Ⅰ组(7岁≤Ⅰ组≤8岁)患者手术时间最短,为17.50±6.45min,Ⅲ组(>9岁组)时间最长,为47.33±13.35min,各组差异经统计分析,均具有显著差异,P<0.05。结论7岁至8岁时是拔除上颌前牙区埋伏多生牙最好的时机。Objects To explore the optimal treatment time of the impacted supernumerary teeth between the central maxillary incisors.Methods 33 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to age.The operation time,postoperative swelling and pain of each group were compared.Results The average operation time of Ⅰ group patients(7years old ≤Ⅰ group ≤8 years old) was shortest(17.50±6.45min),the average operation time of Ⅲ group patients (>9 years old) was longest(47.33±13.35 min),(P<0.05).Conclusion It is the best time to take out the impacted supernumerary teeth between the central maxillary incisors from 7 years old to 8 years old.
