科技创业者双重卷入会提升创业成长水平吗?  

Does Dual Involvement of Tech Entrepreneurs Influence Entrepreneurial Growth?

摘　　要：科技型新创企业是国家创新驱动发展和促进经济增长的重要载体,但科技创业者的认知与行为方式触发创业成长的作用机理研究尚不充分。在253个科技创业者调研样本基础上,基于卷入理论和嵌入理论,探讨科技创业者创业双重卷入、资源网络嵌入与创业成长之间的关系。结果表明,科技创业者创业情境卷入和创业行业卷入均能显著促进创业成长;资源网络嵌入在创业双重卷入与创业成长之间起到中介作用;创业情境卷入与创业行业卷入交互效应通过资源网络嵌入提升了创业成长水平;创业行业卷入通过资源网络嵌入对创业成长的影响作用大于创业情境卷入通过资源网络嵌入对创业成长的影响作用。Technology entrepreneurial enterprises are important carriers of national innovation driven development and economic growth,but the research on the mechanism of entrepreneurs’ cognition and behavior on entrepreneurial growth is not clear enough.Using 253 survey sample of technology entrepreneurs,based on involved theory and embedding theory,this paper explores the relationships between entrepreneurial involvement,resource network embeddedness and entrepreneurial growth.The research results show that:(1) The entrepreneurial involvement can be divided into entrepreneurial situation involvement and entrepreneurial industry involvement,entrepreneurial situation involvement and entrepreneurial industry involvement are positively related to entrepreneurial growth;(2) Resource network embeddedness mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial involvement and entrepreneurial growth;(3) The interaction of entrepreneurial situation involvement and entrepreneurial industry involvement promotes entrepreneurial growth through resource network embeddedness;(4) The indirect effect of entrepreneurial industry involvement through resource network embeddedness on entrepreneurial growth is greater than the influence of entrepreneurial situation involvement on entrepreneurial growth through resource network embeddedness.
