基于供给侧视角的高职旅游人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：推进高职旅游人才培养模式的供给侧改革是解决旅游人才供需矛盾的重要途径,也是提高旅游管理专业人才有效供给和培养质量的重要策略。文章以新疆高职院校的旅游管理专业人才培养为例,调研分析了旅游人才供给与行业需求的现状,对高职旅游人才培养供给侧改革面临的问题进行了剖析;在此基础上,提出了高职旅游管理专业人才培养供给改革的对策。本研究旨在改革高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式,为旅游行业提供合格的人才,从而促进区域旅游业发展。It is an important way to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism talents,and also an important strategy to improve the effective supply and training quality of tourism management professional talents. Taking the training of tourism management professional talents in higher vocational colleges in Xinjiang as an example,investigate and analyze the current situation of tourism talent supply and industry demand,and analyze supply-side reform problems for higher vocational tourism talent training. On this basis,it puts forward strategies for the supply-side reform of tourism management major talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges. The research aims to reform the training mode of higher vocational tourism management major talents,and to provide effective supply of talents,so as to promote the development of regional tourism.
