摘  要:利用磁控溅射镀膜(PVD)新工艺涂覆铝轮毂,研究了不同溅射功率下PVD镀膜表面形貌及紫外透过率。对使用2种不同介质粉(聚酯体系介质粉、普通介质粉)喷涂得到的PVD镀膜进行氙灯老化实验,对比了2种涂层老化前后的色泽、亮度、色差及附着力等。结果表明:PVD镀膜对紫外光有良好的屏蔽作用,使用2种介质粉得到的涂层在光泽保持率和亮度方面效果一致,但使用聚酯体系介质粉得到的涂层色差和附着力更优。The automobile wheel hubs were coated by a new process of magnetron sputtering(PVD).The surface morphology and the UV transmittance of the PVD coatings under different sputtering powers were studied. The xenon lamp accelerated weathering test was carried out on the paint films sprayed with two different media powders (polyester media powder and ordinary media powder) below the PVD coatings, and the color, brightness, color difference and adhesion of the two paint films before and after weathering were compared.The results showed that PVD coatings provided good shielding effect on ultraviolet light.The paint film obtained by using two kinds of media powder showed the same effects on gloss retention and brightness, especially the color difference and the adhesion obtained by using polyester media powder were much better.
