摘 要:在“互联网+”时代,人们利用数字媒体获取、利用信息的能力显得尤其重要,数字素养顺势成为高校人才培养的核心要素之一,然而大学生数字素养培养未形成独立体系。“互联网+”时代催生了微型化学习,微课教学成为新型教育方式的重要体现,基于微课视角的大学生数字素养培养是提高大学生数字素养教育成效的有力途径。为更好地利用微课开展数字素养教育,学校应围绕数字素养技能设定培养目标和教学内容,从建立数字素养微课程教育框架、建立在线学习平台、建立优质教学服务团队三个方面制定良好培养策略,更应在宏观层面实施数字素养教育战略,出台配套方针政策,形成联动培养体系,建设数字智慧校园,广泛开展合作研究,推进微课程教育实践,为数字素养教育顺利开展提供保障。In the era of "Internet+", people's ability to acquire and utilize information by digital media is particularly important. Digital literacy has become one of the core elements of talent training in universities. However, the cultivation of digital literacy of university students has not formed an independent system. The era of "Internet+" has spawned miniaturized learning. Micro teaching has become an important embodiment of new educational methods. The cultivation of digital literacy of college students based on micro-course is a powerful way to improve the effectiveness of digital literacy education for college students. In order to make better use of micro courses to carry out digital literacy education, schools should set up training objectives and teaching contents around digital literacy skills, formulate good training strategies from three aspects: establishing the educational framework of digital literacy micro-courses, establishing online learning platforms and establishing high-quality teaching service teams, and implement digital literacy education strategies at the macro level and formulate supporting policies and policies. Linkage training system, construction of digital smart campus, extensive cooperative research, promotion of micro -curriculum education practice, to provide a guarantee for the smooth development of digital literacy education.
