摘  要:高校青年教师是知识传播和人才培养的主力军,各级党组织历来高度重视其入党问题。基于A大学的问卷调查发现,当前高校青年教师的入党意愿主要受理想信念、发展机会、工作生活压力、政治环境感知、组织吸纳等因素的影响,导致该群体中的党员比例和发展速度出现了一定的波动。因此,需要更加重视在本科这个关键时期发展党员,增强青年教师对党的理想信念的具体认同,给青年教师提供更多发展机会,引导他们更加有序地参与公共事务。同时,要提高组织动员的强度,适当优化入党程序和流程,更进一步增加党组织的吸纳能力。Young college teachers are the main force in knowledge dissemination and talent training. Party organizations at all levels have always attached great importance to their membership in the Party. Based on a university survey, it is found that the current college teachers' willingness to join the Party is mainly influenced by factors such as ideals and beliefs, development opportunities, work and life pressures, political environment perception, organizational absorption, etc., resulting in certain fluctuations in the proportion of Party members and the speed of development in this group. Therefore, more attention needs to be paid to the development of Party members in this critical period of undergraduate education, to enhance the specific identification of young teachers' ideals and beliefs of the Party, to provide young teachers with more opportunities for development, and to guide them to participate in public affairs more orderly. In the mean time, it is necessary to improve the intensity of organizational mobilization, properly optimize the procedures for joining the Party, and further increase the absorption capacity of Party organizations.
