摘　　要：目的了解实习护生在实习期不同阶段医疗锐器伤发生情况,为提高实习护生职业安全提供参考依据。方法采用自制问卷调查广州市某高校100名实习护生实习期不同阶段医疗锐器伤发生情况。结果实习前期及实习后期发生医疗锐器伤的护士分别占92.00%(92/100)和88.00%(88/100)。医疗锐器伤发生后处理情况方面,实习后期能正确处理伤口、上报老师及查阅病历的护士比例高于实习前期(P<0.05)。实习护生技能掌握程度、医院环境适应程度及对待医疗锐器伤的态度是导致医疗锐器伤发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论实习护生是发生医疗锐器伤的高危人群,应提高实习护生技能掌握程度、医院环境适应程度和对待医疗锐器伤的重视程度,降低医疗锐器伤发生风险。Objective To investigate the needlestick and sharp injuries among nursing students at different stages of internship,in order to improve the occupational safety for nursing students during internship.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to collect the information of needlestick and sharp injuries among nursing students at different stages of internship.Results The rate of nursing students who had experienced needlestick and sharp injuries was 92.00%(92/100)at early-stage of internship,and dropped to 88.00%(88/100)at late-stage.In terms of handling needlestick and sharp injuries,the rate of nursing students who had treated injuries properly,reported to clinical teacher and reviewed the medical records were higher at late-stage than those at early-stage of internship(P<0.05).The knowledge and skills of nursing students,hospital environmental adaptation and attitude towards occupational hazards were three influencing factors of occurrence of needlestick and sharp injuries(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing students are vulnerable to needlestick and sharp injuries.It is required to enhance the knowledge and awareness of occupational hazards among nursing students,in order to reduce the incidence of needlestick and sharp injuries during internship.
