摘　　要：参谋职能是秘书工作本身的固有属性,是服务领导、服务企业发展的重要手段。所以,在工作中,要充分有效地发挥秘书的参谋职能。企业秘书职能的发挥,依赖于其自身素质,也有可追寻的有效途径,本文为此进行了深入探讨。The consulting function is the inherent attribute of secretarial work, and it is an important means of serving leadership and enterprise development. Therefore, we should give full play to the consulting functions of secretary. The function of enterprise secretary depends on the secretary quality, and there is also an effective way to pursue. Based on this, the article carries out a thorough discussion.
