摘  要:随着胜利油田改革、信息化和工业化融合的持续深入,对员工的技术要求发生了根本转变,提出了更高的要求,迫切需要培训一支适应能力强、具有创新能力和应变能力的高素质的技能人才队伍。结合单位实际和队伍特点,注重实效抓管理,运用模块化培训方法,积极探索“师带徒”这一有效提升员工技术能力的培训新模式,全面提升职工队伍的综合素质。Along with the continuous development of integration of Shengli Oilfield reform, industrialization and informatization, the technical requirements of staff has changed fundamentally, it puts higher requirements on them, we urgent need to develop a strong adapt ability, has the innovation ability and the strain capacity of high-quality skilled talents team. Combined with the actual unit and the characteristics of the team, we focus on pragmatic management, use modular training methods, effectively enhance staff skills with the new training mode of“ master instructing apprentice”, comprehensively improve quality of staff team.
