摘　　要：企业在当前的经济环境中面临严峻的竞争压力,要想实现其战略目标,在激烈的市场竞争环境中脱颖而出,企业不仅要考虑外部环境因素,还要完善企业内部制度的设立与管理。因此,优化企业财务预算管理制度是大势所趋,虽然其与传统的财务预算管理相比有了一定程度的提高,但仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。论文主要分析了目前企业财务预算管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的优化措施,以供参考。Enterprises are facing severe competition pressure in the current economic environment. In order to achieve the strategic objectives and stand out in the fierce market competition, enterprises should not only consider the external environmental factors, but also need to perfect the establishment and management of the internal system . Therefore, the optimization of enterprise financial budget management system is the general trend, although it has a certain degree of improvement compared with the traditional financial budget management, but there are still some problems that can not be ignored. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise financial budget management, and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures, for reference.
