对癫痫患儿实施持续性人文关怀的思考

摘　　要：癫痫是一种脑部慢性疾病,多反复发作,长期的癫痫发作会导致患儿脑损伤,影响患儿的生长发育并导致严重的精神心理障碍。因此,对癫痫患儿进行有效的病情控制,提高患儿治疗效果及生活质量是医护工作者刻不容缓的责任。某院儿科在2016年7月-2017年7月期间对50例癫痫患儿实施持续性人文关怀护理,在患儿住院期间及出院后一年给予持续性的康复指导和心理干预,包括关心与尊重患儿、建立个人档案、定期回访、督促指导、开通热线咨询电话、建立微信交流群等措施,提高了患儿治疗依从性和治疗效果,改善了患儿生活质量以及精神心理障碍的诊治效果,值得临床推广应用。Epilepsy is a chronic brain disease with repeated occurs, and long-term seizures can lead to brain damage in children, affect the growth and development and lead to mental and psychological disorders in epileptic children. Therefore, it is the urgent responsibility of medical workers to effectively control the condition of epileptic children and improve the treatment effect and quality of life of epilepsy children. From July 2016 to July 2017, the pediatrics department of a hospital provided continuous humanistic care nursing to 50 cases of epilepsy children. Continuous rehabilitation guidance and psychological intervention were given during hospitalization and one year after discharge, including: caring and respecting children, setting up the medical records, following up regularly, supervising and guiding the usage of medicine, providing hotline telephone service and establishing WeChat communication group, etc. These improve treatment compliance and treatment effect of children, improve the quality of life, and improve the diagnosis and treatment of mental and psychological disorders. So, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
