摘 要:目的对比两种材料后牙[牙合]贴面进行不同程度磨耗的咬合重建的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月-2017年1月期间就诊的活髓后牙轻中度、重度磨耗病例各6例,采用IPS e.max press、LAVA Ultimate两种陶瓷[牙合]贴面进行咬合重建,根据牙列磨耗程度及修复材料分组为IPS e.max Press轻中度组、LAVA Ultimate轻中度组、IPS e.max Press重度组、LAVA Ultimate重度组,每组3例。每人制作后牙区16个[牙合]贴面,总数共计192个。黏结后随访24个月,统计成功率,分析对比两组评价结果,并记录失败模式。结果观察期结束时,IPS e.max Press轻中度组成功率(77.1%)低于LAVA Ultimate轻中度组成功率(97.7%)(P<0.05)。IPS e.max Press重度组成功率(93.7%)与LAVA Ultimate重度组成功率(95.8%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在轻中度磨耗情况需要[牙合]贴面达到0.5~1mm时,LAVA Ultimate较IPS e.max Press优势性更明显。在重度磨耗需要[牙合]贴面1~2mm时,二者临床效果相近。Objective To compare the clinical effects of occlusal reconstruction with different degrees of wear on the posterior teeth of the two materials.Methods Six patients with mild to moderate and severe wear of pulp posterior teeth were selected from May 2016 to January 2017.Two kinds of ceramic occlusal veneers,IPS e.max Press and LAVA Ultimate,were used for occlusal reconstruction.They were grouped into IPS e.max Press(mild to moderate),LAVA Ultimate(mild to moderate),IPS e.max Press(severe),and LAVA Ultimate(severe),three in each group.Each person made 16 occlusal veneers in the posterior teeth area,totaling 192.Follow-up 24 months after bonding,statistical success rate,analysis and comparison of the evaluation results of the two groups,record failure mode.Results At the end of the observation period,the light-to-moderate IPS e.max Press component power was 77.1%,and the LAVA Ultimate component power was 97.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IPS e.max Press and LAVA Ultimate had 93.7%and 95.8%respectively.There was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).Conclusion LAVA Ultimate shows better performance in slight or moderate tooth wear cases which require the thickness of occlusal veneers in 0.5-1.0mm.When in severe tooth wear cases,there is no obvious clinical difference between two materials.
