摘　　要：我国世界一流大学建设取得了非凡的成就,但艰巨性和长期性依然存在,仍需坚持久久为功。为实现高等教育强国目标,2015年国务院颁布了《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,重新认识重点高校和重点学科建设的现实问题,并对世界一流大学建设提出了更高更迫切的要求和新的建设思路。目前,我国世界一流大学建设出现了功利化倾向和恶性竞争现象,急需一种精神指引来改变这种不合理状况。工匠精神与世界一流大学建设存在内部逻辑性,“严谨专注、持之以恒”的精神内核、“精益求精、追求卓越”的行为目标、“求实创新、锐意进取”的行为方式以及“尊师重教、授业解业”的学习形式,与新时代世界一流大学的建设路径和价值追求高度契合。基于此,通过将工匠精神融入世界一流大学建设中,以“追求卓越”重构建设目标,以“求实创新、锐意进取”推动学科建设模式不断创新,以“精益求精”促进评价体系的持续改进,以“尊师重教、授业解业”重塑大学的基本使命,可驱动世界一流大学建设路径的升级与优化,全面推进世界一流大学建设。The construction of world-class university in China has made remarkable achievements,but the difficulties and long-term nature are still there,and a long time work is still needed. To realize the target of higher education power,the State Council promulgated the “Overall Scheme to Push Forward World First-class University and the First-class Discipline Construction” in 2015,to recognize the current practical problems of the construction of key universities and key disciplines and come up with higher and more pressing requirements and new construction thinking of world-class university construction. Today,utilitarian tendencies and cutthroat competition have emerged in world-class university construction in China,and a spiritual guidance to change the unreasonable situation is badly in need. The spirit of craftsman and the construction of world-class university have internal logic. The spiritual core of “rigorous focus” and “perseverance”,the behavior objectives of “excelsior” and “pursuit of excellence”,the behavior way of “realistic innovation” and “forging ahead with determination”,the learning form of “respecting teachers and valuing education” and “imparting knowledge and clearing up confusion”,are highly consistent with the construction path and value pursuit of world-class university in the new era. Based on this,by integrating the spirit of craftsman into the construction of world-class university,to reconstruct construction goal with “pursuit of excellence”,to promote the continuous innovation of discipline construction pattern with “realistic innovation” and “forging ahead with determination”,to promote the continuous improvement of evaluation system with “excelsior”,and to reshape the basic mission of universities with “respecting teachers and valuing education” and “imparting knowledge and clearing up confusion”,the construction path of world-class university can be promoted and optimized,and the construction of world-class university can be c
