摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体的理论与实践是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义治国理政方略的内外融通,具有鲜明的中国特色。这一理论与实践的聚合体倡导建立全球利益共同体、责任共同体、命运共同体,着眼于时代大趋势,始终以谋求全人类的共同发展为目标,坚持构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系,积极推动全方位人类命运共同体的构建。人类命运共同体理论是中国传统文化和中国智慧的结晶,是中国外交新理念、新思想、新战略的理论化体现,是中国梦的全球延伸,是全球治理的中国方案在世界范围的推广及认可。The idea of building a community with a shared future for mankind is the internal and external integration of Xi Jinping’s strategy of governing the country with Chinese characteristics in the new era. This thought advocated the establishment of a global community of interests and responsibility,the fate of the community,focusing on the trend of times,always keeping pursuit of common development of mankind as the goal and building new international relations to win-win cooperation as the core,actively promoting the construction of a full range of human fate. Human destiny community is the crystallization of Chinese traditional culture and China wisdom;it is the embodiment of China diplomacy’s new ideas and new strategy theory;it is also the global extension of Chinese dream. It is China scheme,world recognition and promotion in the global political and economic governance.
