纯网络期刊的识别方法研究

摘　　要：纯网络期刊是期刊数字化出版形式之一,是期刊电子化发展的趋势。但目前以纯网络作为出版平台传播的纯网络期刊质量参差不齐,且仅从刊名等无法分辨期刊属性。因此,文章依据《中国标准连续出版物号》中对连续出版物的统一规定,以CN号为识别依据,以出版广电总局网站作为检索工具归纳出对纯网络期刊的识别方法以及在各主流中文期刊数据库的鉴定方法,为供广大读者确定期刊是否属于纯网络期刊,期刊是否值得投稿提供了一定的参考。E-journals only is one of the digital publishing forms of journals, and is the trend of the electronic development of journals. But at present, the quality of E-journals only published only online is uneven, and it can not be distinguished from traditional journals only by the title of journals. Therefore, according to the unified provisions of serial in China Standard Serial Number, on the basis of CN number, we generalize the recognition method of E- journals only and whenever it is in a Chinese main journal databases through searching on State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television of the People’s Republic of China. It provides a certain method basis for readers to check whether the journals belong to E-journals only and whether they are worth submitting for publication.
