摘 要:全域旅游理念的不断深入,对智慧旅游专业方向的人才培养提出了新的时代要求。文章通过分析新时期全域旅游和智慧旅游的内涵,从知识储备、技术操作、创新能力等方面入手,界定了智慧旅游专业方向人才培养的基本要求。根据要求,对当前智慧旅游人才培养体系中存在的主要问题进行了分析,从培养目标的明确、培养路径的改革和培养条件的优化等角度,讨论了人才培养体系构建的总体路径,并探讨了专业方向人才培养中课程体系建设、课程教学改革和强化实践教学等具体问题。With the deepening of the concept of all-for-one tourism, a new era requirement has been put forward for talents training in the direction of wisdom tourism specialty. By analyzing the connotation of all-for-one tourism and smart tourism in the new era, this paper defines the basic requirements of talents training in the direction of smart tourism specialty from the aspects of knowledge reserve, technical operation and innovation ability. According to the requirements, this paper analyses the main problems existing in the current talent training system of smart tourism, and discusses the overall path of talent training system construction from the perspectives of the clear training objectives and the reform of training paths and optimization of training conditions. It also explores the specific problems of curriculum system construction, curriculum reform and strengthening practical teaching in the training of professional talents.
