摘 要:对于大功率电动机车驱动电机,通常减小气隙长度以提高功率密度,但也加剧了电枢反应的影响。结合电动机车单向驱动特性,设计了一种不对称偏心气隙结构。综合考虑车辆舒适性、带载与续航能力,确定了最大最小气隙比为3.2的优化方案。有限元分析表明,与常规结构电机相比,该结构电机可显著抑制负载气隙磁密与反电势畸变,有效提升转矩输出品质与效率。联合仿真进一步验证了该结构电机的有效性和可行性。For high-power electric motorcycle drive motors, the air gap length is usually reduced to increase the power density, but the influence of the armature reaction is also aggravated. Combined with the unidirectional driving characteristics of the electric motorcycle, an asymmetric air gap structure was designed. The ratio of maximum air gap to minimum air gap was optimized to be 3.2 to improve the comfort, load capacity and battery life of electric motorcycle. The finite element analysis shows that compared with the conventional motor, the proposed motor can significantly suppress the distortion of on-load air gap magnetic density and back electromotive force, thus improve the torque output quality and efficiency. The validity and feasibility of the proposed motor were verified by co-simulation.
