摘 要:在实验室模拟条件下,对比研究了聚乙烯孔板、聚乙烯网片两种载体与着生藻的组合体系对天津市大沽河水中磷的去除效果。结果表明,载体上所形成的藻类生物膜能显著提高磷的去除效果,且不同组合体系差异性显著(P<0.05),除磷率与稳定性排序为着生藻-网片>着生藻-孔板>着生藻-无载体。着生藻-孔板与着生藻-无载体体系的总磷质量浓度分别为0.06、0.09 mg/L。Under simulated laboratory conditions,the effect of a combined system consisted of two kinds of carriers, i.e. polyethylene orifice and polyethylene mesh combining with attached algae on the phosphorus removal from the Dagu River,Tianjin,China,has been compared and investigated. The results show that the algal biomembrane formed on the carriers can significantly improve the phosphorus removing effect,and the difference of different combined systems is obvious (P<0.05) The sequence of phosphorus removing efficiency and stability is attached algae-mesh> attached algae orifice>attached algae-zero carrier. The total phosphorus concentrations of attached algae orifice and attached algae-zero carrier systems are 0.06 and 0.09 mg/L,respectively.
