摘 要:目的:分析急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶和HS-CRP的表达水平及相关性。方法:选取我院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的急性脑梗死患者500例作为研究对象,根据诊断标准将其分为轻度组及重度组,轻度组286例,重度组214例。清晨空腹抽取患者外周静脉血5ml,离心处理,用生化分析仪检测HS-CRP含量和血清心肌酶,包括AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB含量。比较两组患者血清心肌酶和HS-CRP的表达水平,统计两组患者治疗期间并发症及合并基础疾病(高血压、高血脂、高血糖)。结果:重症患者血清心肌酶和HS-CRP的表达水平显著高于轻度患者(P<0.05)。轻度组患者并发症发生率低于重度组(P<0.05)。轻度组患者合并高血压、高血脂、高血糖率低于重度组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶及HS-CRP的表达水平影响患者病情严重程度,血清心肌酶及HS-CRP的表达水平低时其病情较轻,表达水平高时则病情严重。综合分析急性脑梗死患者血清心肌酶和HS-CRP的表达水平及合并症有利于提高治疗效果,改善预后。Objective:To analyze the expression level and correlation of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: A total of 500 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and January 2019 were enrolled. According to the diagnostic criteria, they were divided into mild group ( n =286) and severe group ( n =214). In the morning, 5 ml of fasting peripheral venous blood was taken from the patients, centrifuged. The content of HS-CRP and serum myocardial enzymes, including AST, LDH, CK, and CK-MB, were measured by biochemical analyzer. Expression levels of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP were compared between the two groups. The complications and combined underlying diseases (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia) were compared between the two groups.Results: Expression levels of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP were significantly higher in severe patients than in mild patients ( P <0.05). The overall incidence of complications in the mild group was lower than that in the severe group ( P <0.05). The comorbidity rates of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperglycemia in the mild group were lower than those of the severe group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions: The expression levels of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction affect the severity of the disease. When the expression levels of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP are low, the condition is mild, and high, the condition is severe. Comprehensive analysis of serum myocardial enzymes and HS-CRP expression levels and complications in patients with acute cerebral infarction is beneficial to improve the efficacy and the prognosis.
