应用改良三点式重睑术矫治上睑皮肤松弛临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用改良三点式重睑术矫治上睑皮肤松弛临床效果。方法收集100例源于我院2016年1月-2019年2月上睑皮肤松弛患者,随机分组。传统重睑术治疗组上睑皮肤松弛患者采取传统重睑术方案,改良三点式重睑术矫治手术治疗组上睑皮肤松弛患者实施改良三点式重睑术矫治手术。分析手术治疗的平均时间、手术后恢复的平均时间;治疗前后患者生活质量和外观评分;并发症。结果改良三点式重睑术矫治手术治疗组生活质量和外观评分、手术治疗的平均时间、手术后恢复的平均时间、并发症和传统重睑术治疗组比较有优势(P<0.05)。结论上睑皮肤松弛患者实施改良三点式重睑术矫治手术效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified three-point double eyelid operation in the treatment of upper eyelid skin relaxation.Methods 100 cases of upper eyelid skin relaxation from January 2016 to February 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.In the traditional double eyelid operation group,the patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation were treated with traditional double eyelid operation,and the patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation in the modified three-point double eyelid operation group were treated with modified three-point double eyelid operation.The average time of operation and recovery after operation,the quality of life and appearance score of patients before and after treatment,and complications were analyzed.Result The improved three-point double eyelid operation group had advantages over the traditional double eyelid operation group in quality of life and appearance score,average time of operation treatment,average time of recovery after operation,complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified three-point double eyelid surgery for upper eyelid skin relaxation is effective.
