摘　　要：文章通过问卷、座谈、实地访谈和观察等调研方式,深入了解预定时间标准在我国的应用和管理现状,分析了企业目前在预定时间标准应用中存在的问题和难点,并提出了相应的对策和建议。Through questionnaire,discussion,on-the-spot interview and observation,etc.This paper deeply undersood the application and management status of Predetermined Time Standards in China,analyzed the problems and difficulties existing in the application of Predetermined Time Standards in enterprises at present,and it also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
