阿托伐他汀钙联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗脑梗死并脑微出血临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死并脑微出血采用阿托伐他汀钙联合苯磺酸氨氯的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2017年8月—2018年7月收治的患者共60例,按照随机数字法随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组选择药物为苯磺酸氨氯。观察组选择药物为苯磺酸氨氯联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较观察组和对照组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组;对比两组脑微出血数目增多的情况,观察组脑微出血数目增多的患者明显少于对照组(χ^2=7.4074,P=0.0064);且TC、LDL-C、NO、FMD、baPMV、SBP、DBP指标观察组明显优于对照组,其中治疗前与治疗后6个月TC指标比较,治疗前TC值为(4.54±0.81)mmol/L,治疗后为(2.71±0.43)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死并脑微出血采用阿托伐他汀钙联合苯磺酸氨氯地平具有较好的治疗效果,可被推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with ammonia benzenesulfonate in the treatment of cerebral infarction with cerebral microhemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 patients from August 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group was treated with benzenesulfonic chloride. The observation group was treated with ammonia chloride benzenesulfonate combined with atorvastatin calcium. And the therapeutic effect was compared between the observation group and the control group. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group Compared with the increase in the number of cerebral microhemorrhage in the two groups, the number of patients with increased cerebral microhemorrhage in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (χ^2=7.407 4, P=0.006 4). The TC, LDL-C, NO, FMD, baPMV, SBP, DBP index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The TC value before treatment was (4.54±0.81)mmol/L, and that after treatment was (2.71±0.43)mmol/L. the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with amlodipine benzenesulfonate has good therapeutic effect on cerebral infarction complicated with cerebral microhemorrhage and can be popularized.
