摘 要:目的评价P53蛋白表达与乳腺癌发生的相关性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库在国内公开发表的关于乳腺癌组织中P53表达的病例-对照研究,以此作为基础文献,数据以Revman5.3和R3.4.1软件进行meta分析。结果共搜集到符合要求的文献16篇,Meta分析结果显示,乳腺癌患者P53蛋白阳性率高于乳腺良性病变和正常组织(P<0.05),淋巴结转移组高于淋巴结未转移组(P<0.05),Begg法和Egger法证实文献无明显发表偏倚。结论P53蛋白在乳腺癌患者中的阳性率高于乳腺良性病变和正常组织,淋巴结转移组阳性率高于未转移组。Objective To review the correlation between the expression of P53 and Breast Cancer.Methods all related case-control studies about the association between Breast Cancer and P53 were searched from CNKI and VIP and WANFANG database.data were analyzed by RevMan5.3 and R3.4.1 software.Results 16 studies are included in this article that meeting the criterion we designed.Meta-analysis show that P53 in Breast Cancer group is higher than that in benign breast diseases and normal breast tissues group( P <0.05),the lymphatic metastasis group is higher than non-lymphatic metastasis group,Begg method and Egger method show no bias.Conclusion P53 in Breast Cancer group is higher than that in benign breast diseases and normal breast tissues group( P <0.05),the lymphatic metastasis group is higher than non-lymphatic metastasis group.
