论高校思想政治理论课融入专业人才培养的有效路径

摘　　要：思政理论课要主动融入专业教育,聚焦于专业人才培养,统一于课程,形成从"思政课程"向"课程思政"转变的"融合课程",重构新的课程教学体系。加快将思想政治课融入专业教育,必须发挥专业课程的育人功能,形成课程教学"大思政"的新格局。为此,有必要建构一种思政理论课与专业教育融合的课程体系;建立育人长效机制、构建高水平师资队伍;构建科学合理的诊断和评价机制。Ideological and political theory courses should be actively integrated into professional education, focusing on the cultivation of professional talents, unifying the curriculum, forming a "integration curriculum" from "Ideological and Political Courses" to "Course Ideological Management", and reconstructing a new curriculum teaching system. To speed up the integration of ideological and political courses into professional education, we must give play to the educational function of professional courses and form a new pattern of curriculum teaching "big thinking". To this end, it is necessary to construct a curriculum system that combines ideological and political theory courses with professional education;establish a long-term mechanism for educating people, build a high-level faculty;and construct a scientific and rational diagnosis and evaluation mechanism.
