摘 要:为了探索城市地价空间形态的复杂性与多维度的表达,基于合肥市主城区的地价数据,运用数字高程模型和GIS的三维分析功能,分别对三类地价空间异质性进行剖面分析,研究发现从基点向外围的空间过渡过程中,居住剖面地价既表现出梯度扩散、空间延续的圈层结构发展态势,同时也表现出跳跃和突变;商业剖面地价既呈现出逐渐下降的变化过程,亦有空间突变现象;而在不同剖面方向上的办公地价均表现出梯度降低的空间变化特征。对比不同城市空间结构下地价剖面,可以发现合肥市多中心的空间格局已然显现。The digital elevation model and the three-dimensional analysis function of GIS were used to explore the complex spatial morphology of the urban land price with the main city of Hefei as a case study,The spatial heterogeneity of three types of land price is analyzed in section plane respectively. The study found that the transition from the base point to the outer space,the section planes of residential land price not only shows the development trend of the layer structure of gradient diffusion and space continuity,but also shows jumping and mutation;the section planes of the commercial land price not only presents a gradual decline in the change process,but also has a spatial mutation phenomenon;the office land price in different section plane shows the spatial variation characteristics of the gradient reduction. By comparing land price profiles under different urban spatial structures,we can find that the spatial pattern of Hefei's multi-center has already appeared.
