摘 要:对高校教师课堂教学质量进行科学合理的评价,有利于教师提高教学水平、教学管理部门加强监管。首先构建教师课堂教学质量评价指标体系,包含一级评价指标4个,二级评价指标13个,然后采用专家和学生两方面结合的评价方式,利用二元语义评价和熵权法确定主客观权重,最后采用二元语义加权平均算子对评价信息进行集结,对商洛学院某教师的评价结果为:良。结果表明:该教师应在关爱同学、融入最新成果、改进教学方法等指标上进行加强,以便更好地提高自身的教学质量。A scientific and reasonable evaluation of the quality of classroom teaching of university teachers is conducive to improving the teaching level of teachers and strengthening the supervision of teaching management departments. Firstly,the teachers' classroom teaching quality evaluation index system is constructed,including four first -level evaluation indicators and 13 second -level evaluation indicators. Then,the evaluation method of combining experts with students is adopted and the two-tuple linguistic evaluation and entropy weight method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights. Finally,two -tuple linguistic weighted average operator is used to assemble the evaluation information. The evaluation result of one teacher in Shangluo University is: good. The results indicate that the teacher should strengthen such indicators as caring for the students,integrating the latest achievements,and improving teaching methods so as to better promote the self-teaching quality.
