摘  要:近年来,研究生复试的面试部分在招生过程中的重要性日益凸显。安全工程专业具有多学科交叉、跨度大、各方向间对学生个人素质要求侧重点有差异等特点,现行传统面试逐渐不能满足人才选拔的要求。本文结合某高校具体情况对结构化面试在安全工程研究生复试提供了简单的实施构想,为研究生招生改革提供了一定参考。In recent years,the significance of interview in postgraduate re-examinations has attracted much attention.As a specialty,Safety Engineering has interdisciplinarity and the high span in research area makes the required personal qualities differs in different research orientation.The current traditional interview could not meet the requirements of the talents selection.In this article,the conception of structured interview applied in the postgraduate re-examinations of Safety Engineering is discussed combine by the specific circumstance of a college,which gave a reference to the teaching reformof postgraduate recruitment.
