摘  要:随着我国正式加入华盛顿协议,以能力产出为导向的工程教育(outcomes based education,OBE)不断深入推进。专业英语课程作为学生国际交流能力的重要支撑,其教学效果至关重要。由于课程学时少、覆盖面广,专业英语的教学不同于任何其他课程,学生长期以来对该课程存在认识误区,课程教学效果不理想。为改进教学效果,切实提高学生运用英语进行专业相关的听、说、读、写能力,在近年的教学实践中,尝试采取实例化教学方法,改革课程考核模式等手段,持续改进教学效果。With China's formal accession to the Washington Accord,capacity-output-oriented engineering education (OBE) has been advancing in depth.As an important support for students' international communication ability, the teaching of specialized English is of vital importance.Due to the short class hours and wide coverage,the teaching of ESP is different from any other course.For a long time,students have misunderstood the course and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.In order to improve the teaching effect and improve the students' ability to listen,speak,read and write in English,we have tried to adopt the method of example teaching and reform the course assessment mode to improve the teaching effect continuously in recent years.
