摘　　要：文章针对国内高校工程实践教学中存在的硬件资源相对紧张,教学过程走马观花、浅尝辄止的现状,构建了开放共享的内外互补实践平台,通过转变人才培养方式,不断完善“三实一创”的实践教学内容体系,探索高素质创新、创业人才培养模式,注重内涵发展,加强创新创业平台建设,实现国家级示范中心的可持续发展。Our domestic universities are facing the problems that our professers just teach the knowledges but no learning methods.What's morse,we are lack of hardware equipment during the engineering practice teaching periods.To solve the issue,an open and shared practice platform of complement between inside and outside has been built.We are trying to improve our training mode of talents and constantly update our practical teaching theoty of "Three Achievement and One Innovation".Three aspects have been put forward to achieve the goal of sustainable development of the nationaldemonstration center;explore high quality innovation and entrepreneurship talent training method;pay attention to the development of connotation;and strengthen the platformbuilding of innovation and entrepreneurship.
