摘  要:病例导入法是指以病例为基础,进行学习讨论,达到学习效果,是一种新型的教学模式,其课标要求由“教师为中心”改变为“学生为中心,教师为主导”。与传统的教学方法相比,病例导入法能够鼓励学生独立思考,培养学生能力,实现教师与学生的双向交流。在学生学习过程中使用病例教学法,首先选择一个病例作为教学素材,设定一个真实场景,通过学生间的交流、学习与研究,并及时与教师沟通,促进学生思维能力的提高,完成教学目标。妇产科是临床医学四大学科之一,产科作为其中的重要部分,应用病例导入法,可改善学生学习态度,促进团队合作能力的提升。The case-introduction method refers to learning and discussion based on cases,and achieving learning results.It is a new type of teaching model.The corresponding new curriculum criteria are changed from "teacher-centered" to "student-centered,teachers-led."Compared with the traditional teaching methods,the case-introduction method can encourage students to think independently,strengthen the cultivation of students 'ability, and achieve two-way communication between teachers and students.When using the case teaching method in students 'learning,they first choose a case as a teaching material,set a real scene and introduce students.Through exchanges, learning,and research between students,and communicate with teachers in a timely manner,students' thinking ability is promoted,complete the teaching goals.Obstetrics and gynecology is one of the four departments of clinical medicine,and obstetrics,as an important part of it,can improve students 'learning attitude and promote teamcooperation ability.
