摘  要:人才培养质量是衡量高等学校办学水平的最重要标准,而课程教学质量决定着人才培养的质量。文章介绍了应用于各行业的PDCA质量改进循环理论在提高课程教学质量中的具体应用及主要特征和注意事项。在课程教学过程中通过周而复始地运转PDCA循环,不断纠正课程教学中发现的问题,以保证课程教学质量,促进教学质量的持续改进。The quality of talent training is the most important standard to measure the level of running a university, and the quality of course teaching determines the quality of talent training.This paper introduces the application of PDCA quality improvement cycle theory applied in various industries in improving the teaching quality of courses,as well as its main features and matters needing attention.In the course of course teaching,the PDCA cycle is operated round and round,and the problems found in the course teaching are constantly corrected in order to ensure the quality of the course teaching and promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality.
