摘　　要：员工援助计划项目虽然在我国起步比较晚,但社会需求比较大。尤其现在企业员工压力比较大,很多负面情绪没有及时处理的话势必影响员工工作效率和企业效益。而企业员工援助计划将致力于为企业员工排忧解难,真正服务于企业的每一位员工,提高员工心理健康水平。文章从三个方面来阐述,首先分析了城镇劳动者心理援助体系构建的必要性,其次从三个方面分析了城镇劳动者心理援助体系构建的现状,最后提出城镇劳动者心理援助体系构建的具体方法。Although the employee assistance program started relatively late in our country,the social needs are relatively large.Especially now the pressure of enterprise employees is relatively large,many negative emotions are not dealt with in a timely manner will affect the efficiency of employees and enterprise benefits.The enterprise employee assistance program will be dedicated to solving problems for the employees of the company,truly serving each employee of the company,and improving the mental health of employees.The article elaborates from three aspects.Firstly,it analyzes the necessity of constructing the psychological assistance system for urban laborers.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the construction of psychological assistance system for urban laborers from three aspects,and finally puts forward the concrete construction of urban laborers' psychological assistance system.
