摘  要:在新工科背景下,从地方综合性“211”高校对机器人专业人才培养目标和需求出发,提出了以机器人大赛为基础、以“机器人特色班”为组织形式、以“卓越工程师计划”为参考、以校企联合培养为主线,形成集竞赛、科研训练、创新创业、企业实践、理工医多学科交叉融合的机器人本科生培养模式,并搭建与之相适应的机器人专业人才培养实践平台。为机器人以及其他工科专业人才培养模式进行有益的探索。Under the background of emerging engineering,from the target and demand of robot undergraduate professionals in local comprehensive "211" universities,put forward the robot contest as the foundation,the "robot characteristics class" as the organizational form,with "excellent engineer plan" as a reference and school-enterprise joint training as the main line.To form the cultivation mode of robot undergraduate professionals which is integrated competitions,research training,innovation and entrepreneurship,business practice,polytechnic multidisciplinary integration as one and to build a robotics practical training platform.It is provide useful exploration for professionals training of robotic as well as other engineering.
