习近平治疆思想述论:基于方法论的视角

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央针对新疆发展和稳定中出现的新情况、新问题和新挑战,提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略,形成了习近平治疆思想。这一思想,为全面谋划新疆反恐维稳、民族、宗教、经济发展、意识形态、兵团等各领域各方面工作提供了科学的指导。全面准确理解习近平治疆思想的丰富内涵,掌握贯穿其中的科学思想方法和工作方法,是做好新时代新疆工作的根本保障。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, in view of the new situation, new problems and new challenges emerging in Xinjiang s development and stability, the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as secretary general, has put forward a series of new concepts, new ideas and new strategies based on Xi Jinping s thought of governing Xinjiang. This thought provides scientific guidance for all work in Xinjiang such as the maintenance of stability, counter-terrorism strategies, ethnic, religious and economic development, ideological and institutional construction. The comprehensive and correct understanding of the rich connotations of Xi Jinping s thought of governing Xinjiang as well as its way of scientific thinking and working methods is the very guarantee for effective work in Xinjiang in the new era.
