miRNA-23a表达与晚期乳腺癌全切除术后的预后关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析miRNA-23a表达与晚期乳腺癌全切除术后的预后关系。方法选取晚期乳腺癌全切除术后患者160例,同期选取健康人员160例,检测所有人员血清miRNA-23a表达量。结果术后患者血清miRNA-23a表达量明显低于健康人员,患者术后血清miRNA-23a表达量明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);在术后3、6、9、12个月血清miRNA-23a表达量及变化量方面,复发转移者明显低于无复发转移者,复发转移者术后呈持续下降的趋势,无复发转移者术后呈持续升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。Logistic回归性分析结果显示,血清miRNA-23a表达变化量<20%是患者复发转移的独立影响因素(P <0. 05)。结论 miRNA-23a与晚期乳腺癌的发生及其全切除术后预后转归有关,术后监测血清miRNA-23a表达量可作为评估患者预后的重要指标,值得临床作进一步推广。Objective To discuss the analysis of the relationship between the expression of microRNA23 a and the prognosis of advanced breast cancer after total resection. Methods 160 patients with postoperative total resection of advanced breast cancer were selected,160 cases of healthy persons selected at the same time. The expression of miRNA-23 a in all patients was detected. Results The expression level of miRNA-23 a in serum of patients was significantly lower than that of healthy patients,the expression level of serum miRNA-23 a in postoperative patients was significantly higher than that before operation,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). At 3,6,9 and 12 months after operation,the expression and changes of serum microRNA23 a were observed,the patients with recurrent metastasis were significantly lower than those without recurrence,the recurring metastasis showed a trend of continuous decline,and no recurrence and metastasis showed a continuous upward trend,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression of serum microRNA-23 a <20% was an independent factor affecting recurrence and metastasis of patients. Conclusion MiRNA-23 a is associated with the occurrence of advanced breast cancer and its prognosis after total resection. Postoperative monitoring of serum miRNA-23 a expression can be used as an important indicator for evaluating the prognosis of patients,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
