摘　　要：目的探讨DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者术后复发和生存的影响。方法选取行肺癌根治术的90例NSCLC患者,其中实验组术后行DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗43例,对照组术后未行DC-CIK细胞免疫治疗47例。结果实验组术后1年的复发率为9. 3%,对照组为30. 2%,两者差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1. 76,P=0. 184)。实验组术后3年的复发率为30. 2%,对照组为53. 2%,两者差异有统计意义(χ^2=4. 85,P=0. 028);实验组术后1年的生存率为95. 3%,对照组为89. 4%,两者差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1. 12,P=0. 289);实验组术后3年的生存为86. 7%,对照组为70. 2%,两者差异有统计意义(χ^2=4. 54,P=0. 033)。结论非小细胞肺癌根治术后给予DC-CIK生物治疗可以延缓肿瘤复发,改善患者生存。Objective To investigate the effect of DC-CIK cell immunotherapy on postoperative recurrence and survival in patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods 90 patients with NSCLC who underwent radical lung cancer surgery were selected,43 patients underwent DC-CIK cell immunotherapy was the experimental group,and 47 patients underwent DCCIK cell immunotherapy was the control group. Results The recurrence rate was 9. 3% in the experimental group and 30. 2% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups(χ^2= 1. 76,P = 0. 184). The recurrence rate was30. 2% in the experimental group and 33. 2% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2= 4. 85,P =0. 028). 1-year survival rate of the experimental group was 95. 3%,and the control group was 89. 4%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2= 1. 12,P = 0. 289);3-year survival rate of the experimental group was 86. 7%,and that of the control group was 70. 2%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2= 4. 54,P = 0. 033). Conclusion DC-CIK biotherapy after radical surgery for non-small cell lung cancer can delay tumor recurrence and improve patients’ survival.
