摘　　要：在教学信息化进程中,各类院校积极开展MOOC、微课的建设,尤其是在医学类院校中,学校和教师个人建设了大量的音视频教学资源。然而,此类教学资源的管理、交流、应用存在诸多问题,造成资源建设和教学应用存在脱节的现象。文章在分析医学院校视音频资源管理现状的基础上,结合自身实际需要,基于关系数据库设计一套低成本的教学资源信息管理系统,以改变当前自建音视频教学资源管理无序、交流不便、应用较少的现状,以此为着力点推进音视频教学资源建设和教学应用的结合。In the process of teaching informatization, various colleges and universities acti- vely carry out the construction of MOOC and micro-lecture. Especially, in medical colleges and universities, schools and teachers have built a large number of audio and video teaching resources. However, there are still many problems in the management, exchange and application of such teaching resources, resulting in the disconnection between resource construction and teaching app- lication. Based on the analysis of the present situation of audio resource management in medical colleges and universities, combining with its own actual need, a low cost information manage- ment system of teaching resources was designed on the basis of relational data base to change the current situation of disordered management of self-built audio-visual teaching resource, inconven- ience of exchange and less application, as well as promote the combination of audio and video tea- ching resources construction and application focus on this.
