摘　　要：美国挑起的全球贸易摩擦持续不断,给中国国有企业顺应全球化趋势的深化改革带来一定的阻力。但美国现政府逆转全球化潮流终究无法对抗全球经济不断融合的历史大势,中国国有企业改革还是必须保持放眼全球的眼界和定力,主动对标国际规则,正视资产利用效率不高、创新能力偏弱、股权结构不合理等不足,自觉应对不断扩大开放带来的倒逼压力,借助自贸试验区等改革开放先行先试创新平台和"一带一路"等对外交流合作机制的作用,不断深化改革。通过彻底转变政府职能,让市场、政府和国有企业各司其职,通过对外开放的各种通道让国有企业在国际市场环境中不断成长。Trade frictions involving the whole world continue under the pretext of"American First",which bring some resistance to the deepening reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises in conformity with the trend of globalization.However,the current US government’s intention to reverse the trend of globalization is unable to confront the historical trend of the continuous integration of the global economy.The reform of China’s state-owned enterprise must maintain a global vision and stability,actively match international rules,face up to the shortcomings of inefficient asset utilization,weak innovation ability and unreasonable ownership structure,consciously deal with the pressure brought about by the continuous opening-up,and continue to deepen reform,with the help of the reform and opening up pilot innovation platform,such as the FTA,and the"foreign exchange and cooperation"mechanism such as"One Belt and One Road".By thoroughly transforming the functions of the government,the market,the government and state-owned enterprises should take their respective roles,and by opening various channels to the outside world,state-owned enterprises can grow continuously in the international market environment.
