摘　　要：可吸收钉板是颌面部骨折行开放复位内固定术时应用的新型材料。文章拟对应用可吸收钉板固定颌面部骨折的注意事项做一探讨,重点概括应用可吸收内固定系统的共性问题,详述围手术期相关注意事项及并发症的处理,以期分享我科在此方面的经验,并与同道交流,促进国内可吸收钉板在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用规范。Resorbable screws and plates are new materials for open reduction and internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. This article will discuss considerations during the application of resorbable screws and plates in maxillofacial fractures,summarize common problems of the resorbable internal fixation system,and expatiate considerations during perioperative period and the treatment for complication,which aims to share our experience,to communicate with people engaged in the same pursuit,and to promote application protocols of our country for resorbable screws and plates in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures.
