个别托盘的制作及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：精确的印模是活动义齿修复成功的关键。制作个别托盘,制取二次印模可准确复制患者口腔组织形态,获得功能性印模。但个别托盘的制作方法及二次印模法层出不穷,文章针对个别托盘的临床制作过程进行详细探究,并针对不同情况(松软牙槽嵴、游离端缺失和小张口患者)个别托盘的制作方法进行综述,以为临床操作提供有效指导。Taking accurate impression is the key to completing denture fabrication. It has been shown that precise functional impression can be obtained with the help of custom tray and secondary impression technique. However,various methods of making custom tray as well as secondary impression have continuously emerged. This article explores the clinical fabrication process in detail and provides special preparation methods for patients with different conditions(flabby alveolar ridge,missing free end and small opening mouth)in order to provide effective clinical guidance.
