摘 要:德国高校通过跨文化教育模式推进民族团结事业的经验,对于我国民族团结教育实践具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。在面对由复杂的少数族裔群体所构成的社会环境时,德国主要通过高校作为跨文化教育的介质,依靠高校开发和建构自身混合式教学模式下的跨文化课程、政府部门及机构依托高校实施跨文化教育项目、社会机构为高等教育构建民族团结的人文环境等三项措施和手段,较好地满足了在德少数族裔彼此间文化理解和交流的需求,从而维护了整体族群结构的稳定和团结。其对我国民族团结教育所形成的启示和借鉴主要在于:可从开展符合我国国情的高校民族团结教育模式、增强公共资金支持下的民族团结教育项目、营造社会集体氛围下的民族团结意识等三个方面着手,提高我国高校践行民族团结教育的成效。Germany’s experience of promoting national unity through cross-cultural education at universities is of certain enlightening and referential significance for national unity education in China. Germany relies on colleges and universities as a medium for cross-cultural education to solve social problems caused by complex ethnic minority groups. In Germany, colleges and universities construct their own cross-cultural curriculum under mixed teaching model, the government departments rely on universities to implement cross-cultural projects, and social institutions construct humanistic environment of national unity for higher education. All these three measures can fully satisfy the needs of cultural understanding and communication among German ethnic groups and have maintained stability and unity of the overall ethnic structure in Germany. Germany’s enlightenment and reference for national unity education in China mainly include the following three points: 1) setting up national unity education model based on Chinese national conditions;2) enhancing national unity education projects supported by public funds;and 3) inspiring the consciousness of national unity in a collective social atmosphere. In this way, the effectiveness of national unity education at colleges and universities can be constantly improved.
