摘　　要：通过研究表面粗糙度的概念、度量参数和标注方法,结合大国工匠的实例谈工匠精神,并分别从高职院校教师和学生层面分析工匠精神之于学习和职业的重要性,最后,从实际出发,以工匠精神严格要求自身,规划职业理想。By studying the concept of surface roughness,measurement parameters and labeling methods,this paper discusses the spirit of craftsmen with the examples of big craftsmen,and analyses the importance of craftsmen spirit to learning and occupation from the teachers and students of higher vocational colleges respectively.Finally,starting from reality and in the spirit of craftsmen,we should strictly request ourselves and plan our career ideal.
