消费品质量安全问题对消费需求的影响机理分析

摘　　要：问题奶粉、劣质山寨商品等存在质量安全问题的国产消费品层出不穷。随之而来的是,消费者对发生质量安全问题的产品的需求偏好向同类进口产品转移,造成进口产品对国产产品的结构性替代;而同类进口产品的价格相对较高,又使得该类产品的综合价格上涨,造成总消费需求被挤出。同时,当发生消费品质量安全问题的国产产品属于刚性需求时,非涉事产品的需求则被挤出,影响非涉事产品产业的正常发展;而当涉事产品属于非刚性需求时,非涉事产品的需求会替代涉事产品,进一步恶化涉事产品产业发展的市场环境。这些负面影响明显会阻碍我国经济社会的稳定发展。因此,应整合消费者、企业和政府三方的力量,防范消费品质量安全问题的发生,进一步扩大内需,促进我国经济社会稳定发展。This paper describes the negative impact of defective consumer products based on economic theory. When a local defective accident occurs, customers would choose more similar imported products, and then structural substitution effect would come true. If the demand for the type of defective consumer products is rigid, the serious reverse substitution effect would occur. The price mechanism would push the whole price of the relative products rising, which would trigger the consumption crowding-out effect. At the same time, it would pose a negative impact on the whole industry of the relative products. So the consequence of defective consumer products is very harmful to the development of our country. It is urgent to reform the supply structure of consumer goods.
