摘　　要：【目的】探讨双侧上唇改良梯形黏膜肌皮瓣术中应用罗库溴铵对唇腭裂患儿修复效果及术后肌松残余发生率的影响。【方法】选择2015年1月至2019年1月在本院诊治的唇腭裂患儿80例,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿采用双侧上唇改良梯形黏膜肌皮瓣术治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用罗库溴铵治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、起效时间、抽搐恢复时间、恢复指数及家长满意度。【结果】两组患儿治疗效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿麻醉起效时间、抽搐恢复时间以及恢复指数显著低于对照组;家长满意度显著高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】双侧上唇改良梯形黏膜肌皮瓣术中应用罗库溴铵对唇腭裂患儿修复效果较好,术后肌松残余发生率较低,家长满意度较高。[Objective]To investigate the effect of rocuronium on the repair of cleft lip and palate and the incidence of residual muscle relaxation in bilateral upper lip modified trapezoidal mucosal myocutaneous flaps.[Methods]Eighty children with cleft lip and palate were selected from January 2015 to January 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bilateral upper lip modified trapezoidal mucosal myocutaneous flaps, while the observation group was treated with rocuronium on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, onset time, convulsion recovery time, recovery index and parentszsatisfaction were compared between the two groups.[Results]There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups ( P >0.05);the onset time of anesthesia, convulsion recovery time and recovery index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the satisfaction degree of parents was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.05).[Conclusion]The application of rocuronium bromide in bilateral upper lip modified trapezoidal mucosal myocutaneous flaps is effective in repairing cleft lip and palate in children. The incidence of residual muscle relaxation after operation is low and parentssatisfaction is high.
